Find Out If You Have Sleep Apnea!

How to Self-Check for Sleep Apnea?

OSA Disease Self-Test!

If you're concerned about obstructive sleep apnea (OSA), a simple self-assessment can offer early clues. Ask yourself the following six questions:

① Do you snore loudly, and has anyone noticed your snoring stops and starts or suddenly becomes quiet during the night?

② Do you often feel excessively tired, low on energy, or short of breath during the day?

③ Do you struggle with concentration, memory, or staying attentive?

④ Do you sometimes wake up gasping for air, with a racing heart or night sweats?
⑤ Do you wake up feeling unrefreshed despite a full night's sleep, or sweat more than usual while sleeping?
⑥ Do you have physical traits such as a small chin, thick neck, or abdominal obesity?

If you answered “yes” to any of these, a preliminary screening is advisable.

At-Home Airway Test:

Place your index fingers on the back of your neck and gently press forward with both hands flat against the sides of your neck. If your fingers can touch easily, your airway is likely unobstructed. If not, you may have restricted airway space—consider consulting a sleep specialist for further evaluation.
